Our story
Third Rail Cafe is the passion project of Angelica, who stepped out of her comfort zone to bring her love for cooking and hospitality to the Waverton community. What started as a dream has become a welcoming neighbourhood space where good food, good coffee and genuine connections come first.
We are a family run cafe built on hard work, heart and a shared love for creating simple dishes that feel honest and comforting. Angelica’s warmth and creativity flow through every part of the cafe, from the flavours on the menu to the friendly atmosphere that makes people feel at home.
